About the Role
As our Sales & Partnerships Strategist, you’ll be the engine behind Ziler’s business development and client success efforts. From the first spark of interest to long-term partnership growth, you’ll guide our clients every step of the way. Your work will directly impact our expansion, client satisfaction, and overall company success.
What You’ll Own & Elevate

Business Development & Lead Conversion
Identify new business opportunities, pitch Ziler’s services with clarity and enthusiasm, and convert prospects into loyal clients. -
Client Relationship Management
Nurture meaningful relationships with current and potential partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. -
Seamless Onboarding
Guide clients through a smooth and effective onboarding process—setting the tone for a long-lasting relationship. -
Strategic Upselling & Cross-Selling
Proactively identify additional needs and offer tailored solutions that drive more value for both the client and Ziler. -
Customer Support & Advocacy
Address client questions, troubleshoot concerns, and provide proactive support that drives satisfaction and trust. -
Collaborative Execution
Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, support, talent) to deliver exceptional client experiences and solutions. -
Insights & Optimization
Monitor client performance metrics, track feedback, and recommend improvements to strengthen customer success and retention.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Fluent English speaker (spoken & written)

Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships

Comfortable using CRM and sales tools; tech-savvy and adaptable

Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills

High-energy, self-starter attitude

Strong organizational and follow-up skills
