About the Role

As a Client Success Generalist, you'll support every stage of the client journey—from onboarding to long-term engagement. You’ll be a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring their experience with Ziler is smooth, impactful, and aligned with their goals. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams to drive client success and satisfaction at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Own & Elevate

  • Client Relationship Management
    Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day support, building trust and delivering an exceptional client experience.

  • Strategic Onboarding & Adoption
    Lead and support onboarding processes, educate clients on services and best practices, and drive early engagement and success.

  • Problem Solving & Support
    Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot challenges and ensure timely, high-quality resolutions that reflect Ziler’s commitment to excellence.

  • Client Health & Retention
    Monitor usage, satisfaction, and engagement metrics. Run recurring check-ins and client health reviews to identify risks and opportunities.

  • Account Strategy & Planning
    Create and execute strategic account plans to drive value, growth, and long-term partnership success.

  • Insights & Executive Support
    Anticipate client needs, prepare for meetings with clients or leadership, and handle follow-ups to ensure alignment and progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or strategic execution role

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable with CRM tools and tech platforms; adaptable in fast-changing environments

  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative spirit

  • Bonus: Experience working in a high-growth startup or tech company
