About the Role

As a People Experience & Culture Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in cultivating an environment where our team members feel connected, celebrated, and empowered. You’ll lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, strengthen company culture, and support Ziler’s mission of delivering exceptional talent experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Designing and implementing culture and engagement programs (think team-building events, wellness activities, recognition efforts, etc.)

  • Supporting onboarding experiences that make every new hire feel like a VIP

  • Gathering and analyzing employee feedback to improve satisfaction and retention

  • Collaborating with HR and leadership to align culture with business goals

  • Driving internal communication strategies that keep our team informed and inspired

  • Acting as a culture ambassador and go-to resource for all things “people”

  • Celebrating milestones, big and small, that matter to our team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or related field

  • Fluent in English—spoken and written

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern HR and communication tools

  • Strong organizational skills with a knack for planning memorable experiences

  • High-energy, enthusiastic, and passionate about people and culture
