About the Role
As a Recruiter & People Experience Associate, you'll be at the heart of our HR team, supporting every step of the employee journey—from the moment a candidate applies to the time they become a fully engaged team member. You'll work closely with our Talent Experience Optimization Lead to ensure our people and culture remain Ziler’s greatest strengths.
What You'll Do

Sourcing and interviewing top-tier candidates to match client needs

Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on people-first practices

Collaborating with departments to understand hiring needs and culture fit

Coordinating employee engagement initiatives that strengthen team connection

Maintaining HR records and supporting compliance documentation

Actively participating in team meetings and HR strategy discussions

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field

Fluent in English—spoken and written
