About the Role
We are seeking a Financial & Accounting Strategist to support one of our U.S.-based clients in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This role goes beyond traditional accounting—you'll be a key player in financial planning, data analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with both finance and cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and insight in every dollar that moves.
What You'll Do

Daily Accounting Operations
Manage general ledger entries, journal postings, and day-to-day accounting tasks. -
Transaction Classification & Reconciliation
Review financial activity, classify transactions, and resolve discrepancies. -
Payroll & Timekeeping Support
Assist with accurate payroll processing and time tracking. -
Month-End & Year-End Close
Support all phases of financial close, including report preparation and account reconciliation. -
Budgeting & Financial Planning
Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning initiatives. -
Performance Reporting
Present insights, dashboards, and visual data to support leadership decision-making. -
Profitability Analysis & Pricing Strategy
Monitor client P&L and assist with pricing review and proposal validation. -
Financial Process Optimization
Recommend process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce cost. -
Industry Awareness
Stay on top of financial trends and advise on ways to improve strategy and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
-
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business finance
-
Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
-
Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial modeling
-
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
-
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Effective communicator and collaborator
-
