About the Role
The Growth Marketing Associate is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on
creation and execution of any marketing tactics directly tied to user engagement,
monetization, and retention with management guidance and approval.
It also encompasses maintenance, test design, data analytics and reporting for
existing campaigns, including but not limited to, push notifications, in-app messages
and email.
What You'll Do
1. Plan and contribute, with management, Lifecycle marketing initiatives.
2. Build, test and deploy campaigns across push, in-app messages, and emails.
3. Own the day-to-day execution and system maintenance of MoEngage
campaigns, including testing, deployment, and tracking of engagement and
purchasing initiatives. Work closely with the engineering team when setting up new
campaigns and get validation to publish campaigns from a technical point.
4. Support user journey strategy by helping map, manage, and personalize
lifecycle experiences by user profile through tools like MoEngage and Purchasely.
5. Contribute to monetization initiatives including paywall strategy, special
promotions, win-back campaigns, and performance analysis via Purchasely.
6. Improve campaign performances through A/B testing, segmentation, and
user survey insights.
7. Generate weekly, monthly campaign performance reports, identify drivers,
and make recommendations for improvement.Job Description
8. Coordinate creation of briefs, copy, art, text/HTML templates, target segmentation, tests and everything needed to execute a successful campaign.
9. Build trustworthy partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive user
engagement through creative campaigns across Visual Blaster’s products.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, or a related field
2. At least one year of experience in Lifecycle Marketing Role or Growth Marketing Role.
3. Hands-on experience with CRM systems especially for mobile like CleverTap / Braze / Moengage.
4. Experience in working closely with Product and Engineering teams to set up
attributes and triggered events based on user lifecycle management needs.
