About the Role
The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and
optimizing mobile growth campaigns across a variety of acquisition channels. This
role is key to driving high-quality users into our products through data-driven
strategies, continuous experimentation, and creative collaboration.
The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with campaign management
experience to deliver measurable growth and return on ad spend. The role
collaborates closely with Creative, Data, Lifecycle, and Product teams to align
acquisition goals with monetization and retention efforts.
What You'll Do
1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads
Manager, Google Ads, App Store Connect, and other major mobile ad
networks and DSPs.
2. Build and maintain high-performing campaign structures, including ad sets,
audiences, and creative testing strategies tailored to acquisition and LTV goals.
3. Develop and execute audience segmentation and retargeting strategies that
support full-funnel acquisition and re-engagement.
4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, CTR, CPM,
and install-to-subscription conversion rates.
5. Provide weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance with
actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
6. Own daily budget management, pacing, and bid strategy optimizations to
maximize results within established UA performance targets.Job Description
7. Partner with Creative and Lifecycle Marketing teams to coordinate A/B testing,
iterate on ad creatives, and optimize landing page performance informed by
user behavior and lifecycle learnings.
8. Stay current with platform policies, algorithm changes, and best practices
across acquisition channels.
9. Identify growth opportunities through competitive analysis, channel exploration, and experimental testing.
10. Maintain campaign documentation and share learnings broadly across internal stakeholders.
11. Be obsessive with new technologies and capabilities.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit
1. Demonstrated proficiency in running campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and App Store Search Ads.
2. Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
3. Strong analytical skills; able to manipulate data and interpret results using
Excel, Google Sheets, or visualization tools.
4. Deep understanding of mobile marketing metrics and performance levers
(CPI, ROAS, CAC, LTV).
5. Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple
campaigns simultaneously.
6. Self-motivated and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and
accountability.
7. Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
9. Strong curiosity for emerging trends in mobile growth, creative performance,
and marketing tech.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mobile user acquisition or digital
performance marketing.
3. Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets and working toward ROI goals.
4. Familiarity with creative briefing, testing, and performance feedback cycles.
5. Prior work in gaming, subscription apps, or mobile-first startups is a plus.
